Ohio betboom team PRSSA recognized by Central Ohio PRSA

School of Communication graduating senior Isa Renteria and Assistant Professor of Practice Mary Sterenberg received recognition at the Central Ohio betboom team PRism Awards in May.

Renteria received the Outstanding Graduate PRism Award, which recognizes a PRSSA member from one of the six sponsored PRSSA Chapters in Central Ohio. This is the third consecutive year Ohio betboom team’s nominee has been awarded this honor.

Sterenberg was awarded the Walt Seifert Award for Outstanding Service to betboom team, which recognizes achapter member for their commitment and contributions to the profession and betboom team.

Renteria was president of Ohio betboom team’s PRSSA chapter for the 2023-2024 school year before graduating in May with a degree in Strategic Communicationand minors in Professional Writing and Media Production & Analysis. Post-graduation, Renteria accepted an internship position at Geben Communication.

Sterenberg serves as one of Ohio betboom team’s PRSSA Faculty Advisors.
